State group provides grant, books to Hennessey FOL

Sharon Saulman, a Friends of the Library in Oklahoma board member, took time for a photo the morning of March 17 at the Hennessey Public Library when she presented a state Seeds for Success grant to the Hennessey Friends of the Library. Accepting the $500 grant and 100 books to gift to area pre-school strudents was Ginger Cox, Hennessey FOL vice president, and her daughter, Lauren. Mrs. Cox, who will be president of the local FOL chapter in May, discovered the state grant and made the application.
