The following traffic accidents are being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department: May 11, 3:03 p.m. - At East Broadway Avenue and North First Street.

Jack Musick, 76, Kingfisher, driving a 2018 Dodge Ram 2500, was southbound on North First Street and stopped at the intersection of East Broadway Avenue.

Dade Harjo, 18, Kingfisher, driving a 2003 Ford, was westbound on East Broadway Avenue near the intersection of North First Street.

According to the report, the Musick vehicle attempted to turn into the westbound lane of East Broadway Avenue and struck the Harjo vehicle.

Minor damage was reported to both vehicles.

No injuries were reported.

Officer Matthew Hollon investigated the accident.

May 11, 4:20 p.m. - At 200 W. Starlite Drive.

Kelly Bullis, 57, Hennessey, driving a 2017 GMC Yukon, was parked in a parking space at Walmart.

Frances Lewis, 72, Kingfi sher, driving a 2006 Chevrolet, was attempting to park in a handicap space and struck the Bullis vehicle in the rear driver’s side.

Functional damage was reported to the Bullis vehicle and unknown damage to the Lewis vehicle.

No injuries were reported.

Officer Matthew Hollon investigated the accident.

May 13, 12:15 a.m. - At Mitchell Boulevard and U.S. 81.

A 17-year-old male, Watonga, driving a 2013 Volkswagen, was eastbound on Mitchell Boulevard near the U.S. 81 intersection.

According to the report, the driver stated he attempted to turn left into the northbound lane of U.S. 81 and, due to heavy rainfall, was unable to determine the location of the lane and turned into the ditch.

The vehicle slid further into the ditch and a tow truck was called to pull the vehicle out, the report said.

Minor damage was reported to the vehicle.

No injuries were reported.

May 27, 11:14 p.m. - At 300 S.13th St.

Caleb Pendleton, 20, Yukon, driving a 2019 Ford Ambulance (Kingfisher Fire/EMS), was parked at the Kingfisher County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building while responding to a fire alarm.

According to the report, an unknown vehicle struck the rear of the ambulance and left the scene.

Minor damage was reported to the ambulance.

No injuries were reported.
