A busy election schedule is on tap next Tuesday for Kingfi sher County residents.Voters will take to the polls to decide a number of issues, including a state question regarding minimum wage and a county question dealing with ambulance service for one community.

Kubat finishes first place in archery meet

Chris Kubat, nine-year old son of Brian and Angelia Kubat and student at Dover Elementary School, placed first in the American Shooters Association (ASA) state qualifying archery shoot held at Trosper Park in Okla. City. The state finals will be held July 14 in Osage County.
