There’s no place like home for the holidays – especially when it’s a brand new home built and furnished with the love and compassion of an entire community. Hard-working Pete and Connie Scott lived in a ramshackle house in Kingfi sher that has gradually advanced from dilapidated to unlivable.

Hennessey Elementary has announced its Eagles of the Week for the week ending Dec. 13.

The following traffic accidents are being investigated by the Kingfi sher Police Department. November 26, 3:30 p.m. - At U.S. 81 and Will Rogers Drive. Hugh Branscum, 87, Kingfi sher, driving a 2019 Toyota Tacoma, exited McDonald’s parking lot and was southbound in the right lane of U.S. 81.
