KHS grapplers make quick work of Casady

Kingfisher had little trouble Tuesday in grabbing its eighth dual win of the season.The Jackets handled Casady 64-12 in their showdown in Oklahoma City.KHS lost just two matches on the night and also received six forfeit victories.Of the remaining matches, KHS won all but one of them with a fall.

Dover fans had multiple reasons to cheer Thursday

Rylee Hamil won her weight class Monday at the Girls Western Conference Wrestling Tournament in Hinton.Hamil defeated Bailey Rankin of Cache with a pin at 1:06 to claim gold at 115 pounds.Her efforts helped Kingfisher to a fourth-place finish in the tournament at Hinton.

THEIR TURN – Nobody has won more Wheat Capital Tournament championships than the Kingfi sher High School boys. The Jackets have laid claim to 14 titles since the tournament began in 1970. The KHS girls had just one championship...and that was in 2009.
