A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend joined other family members in their Heavenly home on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2022.

Floris Bonita Watson Weber was born on March 8, 1931, to Lynn Cyril Watson and Ruth Inez Ward Watson in Crescent.

She attended school in Crescent, graduating in 1949.

She married Finis Weber on Nov. 4, 1950, in Hennessey.

They made their life together on a farm east of Dover.

Two children were born to this couple, Dana Weber Terrell and Kevin Weber.

After her children were grown, she volunteered at Dover School for several years as a teacher’s aide.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing pitch with her card club and attending her grandsons’ and great-grandchildren’s sporting events.

Floris was a member of Dover Christian Church and was active in the CWF until her health prevented her from attending church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brothers Neal, Clifford, Jesse, Jerry, Larry, Mike and Pat; sisters Eva Berry, Betty Miller and Edna Newman; and her son-in-law, George Terrell.

She is survived by her daughter Dana Terrell of Kingfisher; son Kevin Weber of Dover; grandson Scott Terrell and wife Laurie and great-grandchildren Lily and Luke of Edmond; and grandson Jeffrey Terrell and wife Billie and great-grandsons Grady and Sutton of Calumet; sisters-in-law Dorothy Watson of

Guthrie and Norma Watson of Crescent; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Services were 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, at Dover Christian Church under the direction of Sanders Funeral Service with Jimmy Berkenbile officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dover Christian Church or Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
