Lisa Diane Henderson was born October 18, 1974, in Gainesville, Texas, to Russell and Ann Rains.

She was called to Heaven on Dec. 11, 2022, in Kingfi sher.

From the Gainesville area, Lisa moved to northwest Oklahoma before moving to Kingfisher in the mid-1990s.

She loved the simple things in life like Netflix and Facebook.

Lisa had the kindest heart and sweetest personality. She always saw the best in people and would give without wanting anything in return.

She was a great listener and a natural caretaker as she was known to bring people in to make certain their needs were met.

Lisa battled renal disease since 2014, but did not let that get in the way of living life to the fullest.

She always enjoyed taking road trips with her kids.

She loved taking pictures and capturing every moment.

She was there for every sporting event, band concert and school event.

Lisa would do anything for her children.

She was a server at Mc-Donald’s in Kingfisher and had been since the restaurant first opened. It was there that she would always greet guests with a smile and more times than not, call them by name.

To say she loved cats would be a drastic understatement. She adored and cared for her cats as well as the cats around her neighborhood.

Lisa touched many lives and will be missed dearly.

Lisa is survived by her son, Terry Henderson, and her daughter, Terra Henderson.

A service celebrating her life will be 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at First Baptist Church of Kingfisher. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Gainesville, Texas.
