Okarche’s Emma Stover has typically been on rival sides with Lomega’s Darcy Roberts and Sydni Walker.

For at least one game, the Kingfisher County trio will be teammates.

The three local seniors were selected last week to the Oklahoma Girls Basketball Coaches Association All-State team.

The three were picked to the Small West, which includes Classes B, A and 2A.

The Small West will play selections from the Small East at the annual OGBCA All-State Games in June.

Okarche’s Jalie Rother is the first alternate and Kingfisher’s Emily Myers is the first alternate for the Middle West.

Stover helped guide Okarche to the Class A state semifinals for a second straight year.

She averaged 17.5 points and 8.0 rebounds as the Lady Warriors went 24-6 on the season.

Roberts and Walker got Lomega to the Class B state title game.

They played for four championships during their career, winning titles as freshmen and sophomores.

Roberts averaged 17.1 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists.

Walker was good for 10.0 points and 7.0 rebounds a game as Lomega put together a 29-2 record. Other members of the Small West team are Maylee Chaney of Hammon, Katie Edelen of Arapaho-Butler, Rylie Gore of Leedey, Bradi Harmon of Cyril, Alyssa Johnson of Garber, Aby Mashaney of Lookeba Sickles, Alexis Parker of Riverside, Katelyn Penner of Okeene, Anna Sant’Anna of Arnett, Abbie Savage of Amber-Pocasset, Kylee Smith of Canute and Madalynn Swayze of Hooker.
