Multiple Lomega runners had strong showings - and winning times - at the Run to Restore 5K during Okeene’s 10th annual Germanfest last weekend. Hunter Russell (left photo), a Lomega junior, was the overall winner as he finished the race in 19:31.91. Claire Myers (center), also a junior, was the female winner as she crossed the finish line in 23:00.97. She was third overall. Although the race was not a school event, Lomega had several of its team members compete. There was also a one-mile fun run as part of the day’s events. That was won by Lomega’s Grace Myers (right).
