Coen Cameron

Coen Matthew Cameron, 2, of Spring Lake, Wyalusing, Pa., became one of God’s Angels on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025.

Coen was born on April 2, 2023, in Scranton, Pa., a son of James Cole and Briana Mae Vanderpool Cameron.

Coen loved animals, especially horses and was always helping his Mom with barrel racing.

He also loved riding skid steers and would follow his Dad around helping him with all his projects.

He loved his family, especially his baby brother.

He also loved spending time with his Loli and Pop in Oklahoma and his Ma and Papa on the family farm.

Coen is survived by his parents Cole and Briana Cameron and baby brother Carson of the home; maternal grandparents Dale and Melissa Vanderpool of Spring Lake, Pa.; paternal grandparents Dave and Rachel Cameron of Kingfisher; maternal great-grandparents Fred and Peggy Frisbie of Asylum Township, Pa.; paternal great-grandparents Dennis and Niki Smith of Kingfisher and Pattie Cameron of Hennessey; aunts and uncles Sarah and Chris Smith of Spring Lake, Caleb Cameron of Piedmont and Alyssa Cameron of Piedmont; and cousin Laramie Smith of Spring Lake.

He is also survived by several great-aunts and great-uncles and many second cousins.

He was predeceased by his paternal great-grandfather Dale Cameron and his maternal great-grandparents Robert and Mabel Vanderpool.

Private family funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family, with Lay Minister Vickie Ellis officiating in the Homer Funeral Home, Wyalusing, Pa.
