The funeral for Edward “Cotton” Hill, 85, was Saturday, April 26, at First Christian Church of Hennessey and officiated by Ellis Weber.Burial followed at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.Cotton was born in Hennessey on Oct.

Sheldon Scott Kershner, 57, passed away peacefully in Tulsa on March 31, 2025, with his wife by his side.He was born Dec. 4, 1967, in Dallas, Texas. He was the youngest of four children. Scott graduated from Seiling High School and grew up in Seiling and Canton.

Roy Nelson McNaught, Jr., 90, died Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in Chicago, Ill.Roy was born June 24, 1934, in Kingfisher to Roy Nelson McNaught, Sr., and Alice (Perdue) McNaught.He attended Kingfisher Public Schools and excelled in music as an accomplished trumpet player.

Lois Elaine Maxwell, 70, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loved ones, on April 16, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.She was born in Perryton, Texas, on Aug. 29, 1954, to Gustav Elmer Krienke and Adalyn Neva Louise (Holtmann) Krienke.

Thomas “Tom” Wayne Kraus, 74, of Kingfisher, passed away April 14, 2025.Tom was born on Sept. 30, 1950, to Francis J. and Mary May (Garms) Kraus at Kingfisher Memorial Hospital.

Daniel Gordon Webber, 82-year-old resident of Yukon, passed from this life on April 11, 2025. Dan was born on June 5, 1942, to Clarence Arlington Webber, Jr., and his wife Peggy (Martin) Webber.

Robert Leon Swart was born Aug. 2, 1934, in Perry to Ted and Mary Ruth (Gross) Swart. He passed away April 10, 2025, at the age of 90.He attended Perry Public schools and graduated in 1952.He went on to A&M College now known as Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1957.
