Marjorie Lee Kremeier, 93, passed away peacefully on Dec. 3, 2024, in Oklahoma City.She was born Aug. 23, 1931, in Berryville, Ark., to Gurn Hull and Edna (Anglin) Hull.Marjorie was greatly loved by her family and many lifelong friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Colleen Mae Smith Willms, 86, of Kingfisher, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024.She was born to Hurchel and Hattie “Irene” Smith on Feb. 26, 1938, on their family farm in Cleo Springs.Colleen attended Oakdale School through the eighth grade and graduated from Cleo Springs High School in 1956.

The funeral for Butch Overbay, 65, was Monday, Dec. 2, at First Christian Church in Hennessey offi ciated by Rev. Ish Engle and Jimmy Berkenbile. Burial followed at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.Butch was born in Amarillo, Texas, on Nov.

Heaven has surely gained a special one.Susan “Susie” Mathews Schoelen was born to Bill and Betty (Norton) Mathews on Jan. 14, 1957, in Kingfisher.She went to be in the loving arms of God on Nov. 24, 2024.Susie attended and graduated from Cashion High School in 1975.

Charlie George Mathis was born Feb. 22, 1940, to Carl and Hattie Mae Mathis in Dover.Charlie George was the youngest of six siblings.He was raised in Dover where he attended Booker T. School until 1955 when the schools were integrated.

Allan Bruce Stoddard, Sr., was born Jan. 9, 1951, in Lincoln, Neb., to Elmer and Doris Stoddard.He passed away Nov. 19, 2024, in Kingfisher at the age of 73. Bruce grew up between Hume, Mo., and Wichita, Kan.

Patsy Pollard was born on Sept. 2, 1929, in Guthrie to Quincy and Hallie Booth.She grew up in Crescent where she graduated in 1947. She attended and graduated from Central State University in 1950 and later earned her master’s degree from Phillips University in 1977.

The funeral for Katherine Pauline Martin, 90, will be held at the Hennessey First Baptist Church at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, officiated by Rev. Shane Bennett and Jimmy Berkenbile.Burial will follow at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry- Gritz Funeral Home.

Charlie George Mathis, 84, of Enid, formerly of Kingfisher, died Friday, Nov. 22, 2024.Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, at First Baptist Church, 423 S. 5th St. in Kingfisher.Services are under the direction of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service in Enid.
