Ben Marsh and Chase Burton combined for 39 points as Lomega evened its record Friday night.The Raiders visited Enid and came home with an 82-33 victory against Oklahoma Bible Academy.Burton had the hot start as he scored eight points in the Raiders’ 17-1 run in the first quarter.

John Corrado

John Joseph Corrado, born Sept. 24, 1967, passed away Nov. 30, 2024, after a brief illness.He was born in Lynwood, Calif., to George Joseph Corrado and Kathryn Suzan Marshall, but raised by stepdad Kenneth (Trigger) Marshall. He was raised in Watonga where he graduated in 1986.

No board elections needed

There will be no school board races on upcoming ballots in Kingfisher County.The filing period for open board of education seats ended Wednesday and only one candidate filed in each of the seven districts here.Five of them were incumbents.
