City Attorney Jared Harrison administers the oath of office to Covalt in the left photo. Mayor Roxie Alexander presented a plaque recognizing Reynolds’ service to the commission. Reynolds was appointed to complete Alexander’s term of office after she was elected mayor in 2020.
