Gilmour Elementary announces GE Award winners

Gilmour Elementary School announced its Great Expectations Citizenship Award winners for September during Jacket Roundup on Sept. 28. Earning the honor were, from left: front row, kindergarten students Mylah Matthews, Camryn Redwine, Emily Francis, Patyn Kroener and Liam Gomez; middle row, first graders Grant Wilson, Gage Kusik, Abel Rednose and Zoee Guzman; and back row, second graders Maxton Case, Paysha Murray, Rylee Inskeep, Gabriel Vasquez, Dominic Long. Students focused on the character traits of kindness and respect throughout September. Teachers were encouraged to choose students for the award who exemplified those traits throughout the month.
