State FFA Interscholastics

The Kingfisher FFA Chapter competed April 25-26 in Stillwater at the State FFA Interscholastics and had its share of successes. Pictured top left is the animal science quiz bowl team of, from left, Jayson Helderman, Emily Altizer, Jozie Loewen and Robert Barnett that placed third. The ag power and technology team (top right) consisting of, from left, Brody Davis, Kody Pennwright, Asher Lawrence and Hayden Todd, placed fifth. Pictured in the middle on the left is the ag one quiz bowl team. Members, from left, Carson Swafford, Ryan Scammahorn, Haley Yost, Brylea Smith and Sloan Merrill placed seventh in their competition. On the bottom left are, from left, Carson Swafford, Rylan Burns and Caroline Swafford. Carson placed second in the ninth grade opportunities speech divison. Burns was third in the eighth grade exploration speech division. Caroline took fourth place in the general ag speech division.
