Apron Annies host OHS baccalaureate, award scholarships

Okarche High School Baccalaureate services were held Sunday, May 15, in the OHS gymnasium. Platform guests for the event (pictured above) were, from left: Pastor James Inman of the Okarche First Baptist Church; G. W. Parham, OHS principal; Josh Sumrall, Okarche Public Schools superintendent; Dr. Juanita Krittenbrink of the Apron Annies, moderator; Bob Barnett, OHS faculty who served as guest speaker; Jim Schwarz, OHS faculty, also guest speaker; and Deacon Max Schwarz of Okarche Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Apron Annies HCE hosted the program. Next year will mark the Annies’ 30th year hosting the event for OHS seniors.
