OHS baccalaureate speakers, reception

Baccalaureate services were held for the Okarche High School senior class of 2025 on Sunday, May 11, in the high school gymnasium. Guests for the event included (top left photo), from left: Bob Barnett, guest speaker and OHS science instructor; Dr. Juanita Krittenbrink, moderator; Pastor James Inman of First Baptist Church of Okarche; Kaylene Ullom, Okarche elementary school instructor; and Father Zak Boazman, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Okarche. Both the opening invocation and benediction gave words of blessing and encouragement and both guest speakers addressed the potential the senior students possess and means of going forth with hard work and inspiration. A reception hosted by Apron Annies HCE concluded the baccalaureate service. The Apron Annies have hosted the senior baccalaureate program since 1993.
