Graveside services for Blanche Foster, 91, Hennessey, were Monday, Feb. 4, at Hennessey Cemetery Pavilion officiated by Merle Patzkowski. Arrangements were by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

Blanche was born in Kendrick on May 3, 1927, to Guy and Virgie Gray Herd and died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019, at Bass Baptist Medical Center in Enid.

She is survived by two sons, Larry Foster and wife Susan of Lawson, Mo., and Jerry Foster and wife Sandra of Bella Vista, Ark.; one brother, Kenneth Herd and wife Carol of Chandler; one sister, Myrtle Garrison of Stroud; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Blanche was preceded in death by one son, Gene Foster; one infant twin sister; two brothers, Jack Herd and Henry Herd; and two sisters, Elsie Myers and Edna Cherry.
