Clara loved her family and is survived by husband Eugene; brother-in-law Darryl Luber; daughter Sherry Scheffer (Richard); grandchildren Shawna Scheffer, Jessica Hegeman, Scott Scheffer (Alison), Elizabeth Johnson and Anthony Scheffer (Leanne). She had seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial was held Saturday, March 19, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Wichita, Kan.
