Michael Schoelen

Michael Thomas Schoelen passed from this life and into the arms of Jesus Christ on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021.

Michael always had a passion for the outdoors. Hunting and fishing were his favorites.

He was known for his infectious smile and kind and compassionate spirit. He was truly a compassionate man.

Michael was born Aug. 14, 1957, in Kingfisher to Louis P. Schoelen and Florence Schoelen Wood.

He attended Kingfisher High School.

Preceding him in death were his parents as well as grandparents and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Surviving siblings are Lawrence S. Schoelen (Jeanie), Joan Y. Schoelen, Janie Mercer (Joe), Mark D. Schoelen and Jeffrey L. Schoelen (Ute).
