Robert Allan Pool was born Oct. 31, 1954, to Harvey Wayne Pool and Velma Lucille Tollefson in Lincoln, Neb.

He passed away peacefully in his home on March 20, 2022, after a short battle with cancer.

Robert grew up in Kingfisher and graduated from Kingfisher High School in 1972.

After graduation, Robert went to mechanic school in Okmulgee. Once completing his course, Robert moved back to Kingfisher where he began his journey in the oilfield.

Robert remained in the oilfield business until 2017 when he retired. Robert had many different interests from fishing and hunting to fixing just about anything he could get his hands on. His knowledge of the oilfield and cars was something he greatly enjoyed sharing with anyone. Throughout the years,

However, his time spent with his wife, children and grandchildren is what he cherished the most. He is survived by his wife Julie of the home; his children Ctaci (Vince) Milligan, Traci (Chris) Walls, Robby (Jaime) Pool and Mallori Pool; grandchildren Katie, Nicole, and Trent Milligan, Laurin and Lindsi Walls, Taegen Pool, and Kristian Pool; siblings Dennis (Becca) Pool and Marlene (Kevin) Creps; mother-in-law Pat Leedy; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Velma Pool; his brother, Charles Pool; as well as one niece, Mitzi Pool.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, March 24, at Sanders Funeral Chapel, 124 E. Broadway, Kingfisher, under the direction of Sanders Funeral Service.

Interment will follow at the Kingfisher Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Leedy officiating. Memorials can be made
