Shaun Weber

Shaun Lynn Weber, 42, died in his home in Bethany on Dec. 27, 2021.

Shaun was born in Altus on Aug. 10, 1979. His parents are Dan and Janet Weber and Kim and Anthony Stewart.

Shaun attended and graduated from Kingfisher High School.

After high school, Shaun went to work for his uncle David, which led him to settle in Durant. He worked and lived there for several years.

Shaun’s daughter, Caitlynn Weber, was born and lived there too.

Shaun loved sports, OU football, baseball and in the last few years had become an avid pool player.

He even competed on the national level with friends he had made through his love of the game.

Shaun will be remembered by his family and friends as a young man with a quick wit and a wonderful smile. He had a heart of gold and big personality that could light up a room.

Shaun was preceded in death by his grandmother Betty Leigh of Wichita Falls, Texas; grandfather Don Weber of Enid; grandfather Floyd K. Causey of Kingfisher; and a cousin, Sydney Nicole-Libby Causey of Manitou Springs, Colo.

Shaun is survived by his daughter Caitlynn Weber of Calera; his parents Dan and Janet Weber of Moore and Anthony and Kim Stewart of Guthrie; and his siblings Jason Martin and his wife Sarah of Oklahoma City, Maleah Finucane and her husband Mike of Oklahoma City, Holly Martin of Moore, Tammie Boling and her husband Mike of Oklahoma City; a grandmother, Anita Causey of Kingfisher; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial for Shaun is planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022, at the Kingfisher Cemetery under the direction of Sanders Funeral Service.

In lieu of flowers, the family would love for donations to be made to Kingfisher Trails for use in the new downtown park in Kingfisher.
