An Oklahoma Corporation Commission complaint hearing over a Tier 3 commercial waste facility wanting to locate near Hennessey is reset for 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13, in Oklahoma City.That hearing was originally scheduled Jan.

The Hennessey waste facility permit hearing scheduled Tuesday morning, Jan. 27 before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in Oklahoma City has been postponed due to the illness of the attorney for the Centennial Solids Control LLC.
