When the present publishers bought the Times plant a little more than two years ago, they acquired an equity in the building in which it was located. The contract called for payments of $50 per month and interest, running on for a period of more than six years.

Jim Kale of Enterprise, Ala., a former Dover resident, and retired warrant officer of 28 years, recently remodeled a 1941 Piper Cub. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kale of Dover. Jim’s wife Georgia, is the daughter of Mrs. George Endres of Kingfisher.

On July 4, 1776, the bell of freedom rang out across this nation, calling men and women to the cause of liberty and justice for all. Today, we are the proud custodians of that Liberty Bell, as well as guardians of that noble cause.
