Reagan Snowden was voted the Most Valuable Player of the Cherokee Strip Conference by coaches, it was recently announced.

The Lomega sophomore led her team to an undefeated conference record that also included winning the Cherokee Strip Conference Tournament championship.

That was part of a season in which the Lady Raiders went 30-1 and captured the Class B-II state championship earlier this month.

Joining Snowden on the all-conference team were seniors Aliana Lawson and Hadley Ott.

Seniors Jenny Peñaran and Paige Wheeler were honorable mention.

Snowden averaged 18.6 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.1 steals a game while shooting 54 percent.

Ott contributed 11.1 points and 5.4 rebounds while shooting 38 percent from 3-point range.

Lawson averaged 10.4 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.5 steals a game.

Two Lomega boys earned all-conference as well.

Jaxson Snowden and Lance Yost were voted by coaches to earn the honor.

Snowden led Lomega with 16 points and 8 rebounds a contest.

Yost scored 14 points to go with 6 rebounds and 3 steals a game.
