Lynn Coffey
Lynn Marie Coffey, 74, of Okarche, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on March 9, 1952, in Okarche to Frank and Bernice Krittenbrink, Lynn was a proud lifelong member of the community she cherished so deeply.
She graduated from Okarche High School and, not long after, met the love of her life, Mike Coffey. Together, they built a beautiful life rooted in faith, family and unwavering devotion.
Lynn was a faithful servant of Holy Trinity Church and a steady, caring presence in the Okarche community.
Above all, Lynn was a devoted wife, loving mother and proud “GiGi” whose greatest joy came from time spent with her family.
She found happiness in life’s simple and meaningful moments - listening to Elvis, traveling alongside Mike, cheering on her grandchildren at their events and giving her time in service to her church.
She was an active member of the Altar Society and Catholic Daughters of America.
Lynn is survived by her husband of 54 years, Mike Coffey; her children, Shane and wife Kerri of Bixby and Troy Coffey and wife Lisa of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Hayden, Bree, Kate, Emersyn and Connor; her siblings Darlene Koski of Granbury, Texas, Keith Krittenbrink and wife Saundra of Okarche, Sandy Eck and husband Glen of Edmond, Sheila Duffell of Edmond and Donna Daughety (and husband Rick) of Thornton, Colo.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Bernice.
A wake service was held May 8, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Her funeral service was 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 9, at the same location. Burial followed at the Holy Trinity Cemetery under the direction of Huber- Benson Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Center of Family Love.
Lynn will be remembered for her deep faith, gentle kindness, generous spirit, contagious smile and the unwavering love she gave so freely to her family and all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched.
