The world lost a genuinely beautiful soul with the unexpected passing of Dorothy Mae Burns on May 31, 2020, after a sudden illness. She was 89. Dorothy was born on May 16, 1931, in Cashion to Joseph K. and Annabelle (Moore) Ruhl.

Eric Eugene Ellis died May 25, 2020, at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30, at Huber-Benson Funeral Home in El Reno with Deacon John Teague officiating.

Wanda N. Fuqua, 81, Kingfisher, passed away at her home Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Services are 1 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at Pleasant Home Baptist Church in Prague with Nathan Howard officiating. Wanda was born Nov. 24, 1938, in Crow to William A. and Vera Mae (Idlett) Fitch.

William “Bill” Wilson of Kingfisher was born Aug. 27, 1958, to Ernest Wilson and Ruth (Tucker) Wilson in Oklahoma City. He passed away May 25, 2020, at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital at the age of 61. Bill was raised in Choctaw and lived in Edmond and then Kingfisher. He married Karen Hottel on Aug.

I’m not sure what’s going on in our great country. Our president has fought tooth and toenail to give our country back to us, ever since he was elected, the democrat house of representatives has done everything they could to destroy President Trump and our country.

Harvey (Bud) West Jr. was born June 22, 1948, to Harvie and Irene West in Leavenworth, Kan. He departed this life on May 22, 2020, at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 71. Bud married the love of his life, Vickie Stewart, on Jan.

Loretta Caroline Schroder Rodenburg was born to Christian parents in Okarche on June 11, 1919. She passed away peacefully at her home in Springfield, Ill., on May 22, 2020. The only surviving child of Henry W. and Clara Schroder, she grew up in Okarche. Loretta attended St.

The funeral for Richard Enix 67, was 2 p.m. Tuesday May 26, at First Christian Church in Hennessey and officiated by Jimmy Berkenbile. Burial followed at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

Margie Reinart Metzler was born July 24, 1932, in Okeene and passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at the age of 87. Margie graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic School in Okeene and was a lifetime member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Okeene.

Michael Dennis Jacobs was born May 5, 1944, in Long Beach, Calif., to Clifford and Dorothy Jacobs. On Sunday, April 26, at 4:20 p.m., just a few days before his 76th birthday, he passed with his family at his side. Mike enlisted in the Navy in 1962. He worked at the old broom handle factory.
