Allan Bruce Stoddard, Sr., was born Jan. 9, 1951, in Lincoln, Neb., to Elmer and Doris Stoddard.He passed away Nov. 19, 2024, in Kingfisher at the age of 73. Bruce grew up between Hume, Mo., and Wichita, Kan.

Patsy Pollard was born on Sept. 2, 1929, in Guthrie to Quincy and Hallie Booth.She grew up in Crescent where she graduated in 1947. She attended and graduated from Central State University in 1950 and later earned her master’s degree from Phillips University in 1977.

The funeral for Katherine Pauline Martin, 90, will be held at the Hennessey First Baptist Church at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, officiated by Rev. Shane Bennett and Jimmy Berkenbile.Burial will follow at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry- Gritz Funeral Home.

Charlie George Mathis, 84, of Enid, formerly of Kingfisher, died Friday, Nov. 22, 2024.Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, at First Baptist Church, 423 S. 5th St. in Kingfisher.Services are under the direction of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service in Enid.

Kevin Paul Brueggen, 62, died at home Nov. 11, 2024. He was born Dec. 21, 1961, to Phil Brueggen and Mildred (Wolf) Brueggen in Okarche.Kevin was raised northeast of Okarche on the family farm and graduated from Okarche High School in 1980.

Frances Alberta (Bert) Kannady stepped into glory on Friday, Nov. 8 2024, at St. Katharine Drexel Retirement Center in El Reno.Francis Alberta (Bert) was born at home in Patoka, Ill., on Thursday, Nov. 29, 1934, to Roy and Edith Thalman.

Dee Ann Ely Lambert, 68, of Okarche, passed from this life on Nov. 9, 2024, in Concordia Assisted Living Center in Oklahoma City, after several years of declining health.She was born March 22, 1956, in Perry to Harvey Carl and Naveda Lee (Wise) Ely.Graveside services for Dee will be at 11 a.m.
