Parker Mitchell isn’t just a force on the basketball court.

He’s a whiz in the classroom as well.

The Oklahoma Basketball Coaches Association recently honored the Cashion seniors and several others in announcing its 2026 academic all-state team.

Parker was not only among those to garner the honor, but he was named to the Super 5 first team, which, among other criteria, requires at least a 24 on the ACT.

Mitchell surpassed that with a 31 and is set to be an honors graduate for the 2026 class of Cashion High School.

Also named academic allstate were Cashion’s Vincent Raney and Okarche’s Ethan Kirby and Jett Mueggenborg.

Kyle Yowell of Cashion was honorable mention.
