McCabe sets high jump PR

Cashion’s Madelyn McCabe closed out her senior indoor track and field season last Friday on quite the “high” note. McCabe cleared a personal-best 5 feet, 8 inches to win the high jump at the Oklahoma High School Invitational held at the University of Oklahoma in Norman.

Early voting began Thursday and Friday in the threeway race for Kingfisher Board of Education Office No. 5. Kingfisher Public School patrons who missed the opportunity to vote early at the Kingfisher County Election Board can cast their ballots at their regular precincts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
