A novel virus has required novel solutions by parents, teachers and administrators to ensure some degree of normalcy for students. A novel KHS prom Saturday was the last of these, organized by a creative group of parents who enlisted the aid of the City of Kingfisher, Kingfisher Police Department and ’89er Theater. The event started under the theater marquee with the traditional promenade and then proceeded to the city parking lot in back, with music, lights, decorations and food trucks for a festive evening.
