Two Okarche High School seniors are among this year’s recipients of the State Superintendent’s Award for Arts Excellence. Given each year to high school juniors and seniors who have achieved artistic and academic excellence in the fields of music, drama, dance, and visual media, students selected are chosen by a panel of university arts educators based on their applications and letters of recommendation.
