Cashion group claims chess state title

The Cashion High School chess team won the Oklahoma Scholastic Chess Organization’s state championship held March 7 at Carl Albert High School. - Kingfisher’s First United Meth- odist Church donated $1,463.24 to the Kingfisher High School After Prom Party, representing proceeds of a soup and baked potato fundraiser hosted by the church.
