Elda Langley

Elda Mae Langley, 72, of Okarche, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024. Elda, the daughter of Elmer Von Woudenberg and Winona Bear Robe and loving wife of 53 years to George (Red) Langley, was born May 28, 1951.

She was a hairdresser for 23 years and went to become an RN until retirement.

She is survived by her husband, George Langley; two daughters, Amy of Okarche and Kim of Glenpool; five grandchildren, Tori, Loghan, Trevor, Brock and Sydney; and three great-grandchildren, Alex, Payton and Reese.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Katherine Chance and great-granddaughter Drew Katherine Castleberry.

Visitation for Elda was noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, at Sanders Funeral Service in Kingfisher.

Funeral services for Elda will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 16, at the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Emergency Response Center in Kingfi sher.
