Kelly Choate

Graveside services for Kelly Allen Choate, 63, were Wednesday, April 16, at Hennessey Cemetery Pavilion officiated by Rev. Sandy Shepherd.

Arrangements were by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

KellywasborninOkeene on Oct. 20, 1961, to Max and Wanda Thompson Choate and died Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.

He is survived by his mother Wanda Choate of Hennessey; three brothers, Kevin Choate and wife Karen of Enid, Kenny Choate of Helena, Kyle Choate and wife Shannon of Hennessey; one sister, Kyla Norman and husband Mark of Enid.

Kelly was preceded in death by his father Max Choate.
