Peggy Lynette Holt Bollenbach of Kingfisher went to her heavenly home on Aug. 3, 2023.

Peggy was born July 6, 1964, in Jesup, Ga.

In December 1975 she moved with her parents, George and Jeanne Holt, to Dover.

It is there she grew up and went to Dover School. While in school she was active in cheerleading and all things social.

She was always the “life of the party” and made many lifelong friends.

In September 1982, Peggy married Steve Bollenbach. From their marriage they had two sons, Baily and Drew.

There were many things Peggy loved.

She could always be found with a sweet treat in one hand and a Coca-Cola in the other.

She loved her momma and daddy, but those who knew her knew she was the biggest daddy’s girl.

She loved all things bling! She loved the BBC channel, especially murder-mystery shows. She also loved watching the History Channel and documentaries.

Peggy could not pass by a garage sale or junk sale without stopping.

Peg did not know a stranger. She loved all people and would do anything to help someone in need, even if it meant giving the shirt off her back.

Peg had the biggest smile and her laugh was contagious.

No one could tell a story like Peg. She had a way of making you feel like you were part of the story, reliving every moment.

Peg loved Jesus and would share her love for Him with anyone who would listen.

The greatest loves of Peg’s life were her sons, Baily and Drew, and her grandchildren.

Peg lived for the moments she got to spend with her grandkids.

Peggy was preceded in death by her precious grandbabies Kaden and Jase Bollenbach and her sisters Susan Holt, Dawn Nail and Pat Norman.

She is survived by her sons Baily Bollenbach and Nicole Dubay and Drew Bollenbach and Mindy Criss, all of Kingfisher; her parents George and Jeanne Holt; and her grandchildren Ryann Bollenbach, Ellie and Blake Bollenbach and Alyssa Mayfield.

She’s also survived by her siblings Shirlene Harrell and Kandy Cochran of Kingfisher, Kenny Harrell and wife Trecia of Mustang, Michelle Leary and husband Jim and Paul Harrell of Hortense, Ga., and Mike Hancock and wife Marna of Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to celebrate Peggy will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14, at Frontline Ministries in Kingfisher.

Memorial donations can be made to Wilson Funeral Home in Kingfisher to help the family with funeral expenses during this difficult time.
