Richard Leon Leffingwell, 83, passed away July 12, 2024, in Kingfisher.

A memorial service to celebrate Richard’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Elkhart Cemetery in Elkhart, Kan.

Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home-Kingfisher.
