SWARM receives OFE grant

The Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence announced Tuesday morning that it has awarded $24,000 in grants to 13 mentoring programs across the state that serve students. Among them is the Kingfisher Educational Foundation’s Students With A Role Model (SWARM) program.
