The Kingfisher FFA chapter journeyed across the range to Tonkawa for the annual Northern Oklahoma College FFA Inter-scholastics Wednesday, Jan. 23. The chapter took Career Development Event (CDE) teams competing in Agronomy, Agricultural Communications, Food Science and Meat Science Evaluation.

25 Years Ago NEARLY KNITTED MILE — Inspired by a story they read — “Ernie and the Mile-Long Muffler” — Kingfisher third grade students attempted to knit a mile-long chain.

Kingfisher High School seniors Abbie Talbott and Alyssa Crum were guests recently of the Rotary Club. Talbott is the daughter of Phil and Mandi Talbott. She was named Student of the Quarter at Chisholm Trail Technology Center and is currently the HOSA vice president.
