Mustang Stampede schedule

While most December basketball tournaments are next week, there are a few slated this week across Oklahoma.One of them includes a county school.Dover will travel north Thursday, Friday and Saturday to take part in the Mustang Stampede at Pioneer- Pleasant Vale High School.

Smith voted district MVP

Cashion quarterback Kellen Smith was voted the 2025 District A-I-1 Most Valuable Player by coaches.A junior, Smith had 2,155 yards and 25 touchdowns passing and another 958 and 10 TDs on the ground.He also had 52 tackles on defense.

It was Elk season at Lomega homecoming

For the first time since its season opener, Lomega played a team that won’t be considered among the favorites to win a state championship in its respective class.The result was the Raiders putting an end to a three-game losing streak last Friday night.
