Kingfisher county commissioners renewed contracts totaling $823,525 for annual insurance coverage through the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma (ACCO) for the 2026-27 fiscal year at their weekly meeting Monday.

The state’s trend for low voter turnout for primary and special elections held up last month.According to state election results, only about 26 percent of registered voters in the state cast ballots on June 16.
