There will be no public services for Evan J. Bush, 18.

Evan was born in Pampa, Texas, on July 30, 2008, to Chasity Renee Bush and died Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

Arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

Evan is survived by his mother, Chasity Bush Needham, of Liberal, Kan.; his maternal grandfather Tartus Bush of Hennessey; grandparents Dee and Sherrie Bryan of Liberal, Kan.; brother Jagger Jones of Lubbock, Texas; maternal great-grandfather Willie Carter; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Patricia Carter, Burley and Minnie Bush, and Jerry Tooman.
