Robert ‘Bobby’ Williams
Robert “Bobby” Wayne Williams was born Nov. 11, 1957.
He passed away peacefully on June 24, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Bobby dedicated his career to banking, sales and 25 years in the bread industry.
He was known for his strong work ethic, leadership and generous spirit. A proud Mason for 45 years, he valued service, integrity and friendship.
Above all, Bobby cherished his family.
He enjoyed cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, Oklahoma Sooners, Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma City Thunder.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 49 years, Gail; his mother, Darla; his children, Amber (Shawn) Smith and Brian (Chelsie) Williams; his grandchildren, Andrew (Kori) Smith, Abigail Smith, Mackenzie Williams and Cora Williams; his sister, Debbie (Bill) Brown; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Williams.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, with visitation at 10 a.m., at the Goddard United Methodist Church, located at 1922 Dodson Ave., Fort Smith, Ark.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 10, at Kingfisher Cemetery.
Family and friends are invited to gather and share fond memories of Bobby.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Fort Smith Noon Lions Club at P.O. Box 5057, Fort Smith, AR 72913 or the Goddard United Methodist Church.
