Second snow brings added moisture, more winter fun

The second snow in one week Tuesday left an additional .4 inch of moisture at the National Weather Service station in Kingfisher, Local Weather Observer Steve Loftis reported. The Mesonet site west of Kingfisher at the Mueggenborg Farm recorded .60 inch of additional moisture.
