Two sales tax measures will be decided by voters in November after both the county and city of Kingfisher adopted resolutions Monday calling for elections on that date.
Dr. Joseph Anthony Voss Sr., resident of El Reno since 1969, died Aug. 8, 2020, at his home north of El Reno with his wife, children and grandchildren at his side.

Henry Christian Oppel was born Sept. 25, 1927, at Omega to Frederick and Marie (Kunneman) Oppel and died Friday, Aug. 7, 2020, at the age of 92.
Henry was a resident of the Watonga community most of his life where he was a farmer/rancher.
Samuel Allen Forman, formerly of Kingfisher, was born Sept. 18, 1988, and died Aug. 7, 2020.
He was 31.
