Oteka Pappe, Kingfisher, was born July 7, 1927, to J.E. and Florida Clemons Fanning in Wynnewood and died Sept. 25, 2019, at Mercy Hospital Kingfisher. She was 92. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, at the Federated Church in Kingfisher officiated by Dennis Baker.

Connie Replogle

Connie Lou Replogle, 66, Crescent, passed away Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, in Crescent. Connie was born July 21, 1953, in Kingfisher to Leo L. and Betty Jean (Hobza) Mize. Memorial services were Friday, Sept. 27, at CrossPointe Assembly of God in Crescent.
