The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following reports:December 8 - Larceny of merchandise from retailer.Officer Kyle Svoboda responded to a report of theft at Walmart, 200 W. Starlite Drive.

Local traffic accident

The following traffic accident was investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department: November 29, 6:23 p.m. - At 200 W. Starlite Drive.Napakanda Prompalad, 30, Kingfisher, driving a 2018 Toyota Highlander, was backing out of a parking space at Walmart, 200 W. Starlite Drive.

Hennessey boards settle waterline lawsuit

As expected, Hennessey’s Town Board of Trustees and Utility Authority members approved a $14,000 settlement plus repairs caused by water damages to property at 300 N. Arapaho.

Printing early 1 more time

The next edition of the Times & Free Press will be printing early due to New Year’s Day falling on Wednesday this year.The Jan. 1, 2025, edition will print Monday afternoon.County subscribers should receive the edition in the mail Tuesday.
