Dollar Tree clearing way to build in Kingfisher

Moves were made by two city boards Thursday to clear the way for construction of a Dollar Tree retail store on the south end of Kingfisher.The Kingfisher Planning and Zoning Commission approved a request to rezone a one-acre lot to Commercial 2.

Prices awarded Centennial Farm

Deputy State Historic Preservation Officer Lynda Ozan announced that an Oklahoma Centennial Farm award has been presented to the owners of a Kingfisher County farm.Audie and Brenda Price own the A. L. Price Farms located in the vicinity of Dover.
