Bourgeois, Reid wed in outdoor Michigan ceremony
Kingfisher native Ellyn Reid, 27, and Bruin Bourgeois, 28, both of Climax, Mich., were united in marriage in a 4 p.m. outdoor ceremony Friday, Sept. 30, 2022, in Battle Creek, Mich.The couple’s parents are Gary and Christine Reid of Kingfisher and Lee and Donna Bourgeois of The Woodlands, Texas.

Kingfisher police investigate traffic accidents
The following traffic accidents are being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:September 8, 4:50 p.m. - At U.S. 81 and S.H. 33.Jerry Hall, 70, Kingfisher, driving a 2007 Chevrolet, was in the center westbound lane of S.H. 33 and stopped at the traffic signal of U.S. 81/S.H.
Harjo, Scott, Price, Osborn honored as Rotary Club seniors
Four Kingfisher High School seniors were guests last week at Kingfisher Rotary Club.Joining the civic group were Dade Harjo, Andrew Osborn, Tony Scott and Ryder Price.Harjo is the son of Desirae Horse and Ira Horse.He participates in track and enjoys video games, skateboarding and weightlifting.
Hennessey, Okarche FFA officers attend COLT Conference

Judging team 4th at State Fair
A Kingfisher County 4-H dairy judging team consisting of (from left) Madeleine Pope of Lomega, Zoey Cox of Cashion, and Ian Pope and Lester Yost, both of Lomega, competed in the annual judging contest at the State Fair of Oklahoma. The team took fourth place.
